Must I store my credit card info?
The Aroma website does not store credit card information at this time.
Do I have to register?
Yes, if you want to place an order. We know that registering may be inconvenient, but it takes just a few minutes- and we promise that it will help us make your Aroma experience quicker and more pleasant. Aroma will never share your e-mail or personal information.
If you forgot your password, go to "My Account" and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your e-mail address and your password will be e-mailed to you.
Change your personal information
To change your personal information, including payment and delivery options, log in to your account and click on the appropriate link to view and change your information.
Accepted Credit Cards
Aroma accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Diner's Club cards. We do not accept checks or money orders. If you have placed a food or drink order, you may choose to pay cash upon delivery.
If you have an Aroma Coupon Code you will be prompted to enter it during checkout when you are entering your credit card information.
Sales tax is charged only in New York.
Because Aroma's produce is delivered fresh daily, we may occasionally be unable to supply menu items. If we are out of the option you ordered, we will notify you by telephone and you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order.
Modifying your order
Once you have finished the checkout process, the only way to modify your order is by calling us directly at the location from which you ordered. For merchandise orders contact us at 1-305-705-2931. We recommend you call as soon as possible, as we cannot modify orders that are in preparation or have already been sent out for delivery.

Aroma strives to make sure that our customers are happy and well-fed. If you received the wrong item, or are unhappy for any reason with the order you receive, please call us directly at the location from which you ordered. Different Shipping Address: You may use different billing and shipping addresses but we will need to contact the cardholder to get an approval to ship to a secondary address. To expedite your order you can call regarding a secondary address Monday through Friday 10:00 AM through 4:00 PM at 1-305-705-2931.
For coffee beans and merchandise purchases, shipping fees based on your location and speed will be determined at checkout.
We currently offer the following options for shipping merchandise:UPS Ground 3-Day Select 2-Day Air Next Day Air.
Coffee beans and merchandise orders placed Monday - Friday before 10:00 AM EST, excluding holidays, will be shipped within two days, pending credit card verification and inventory balances. Within the USA: Please expect one to five business days. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

Yes. When placing your order online you will be prompted to enter a tip amount at checkout. If you choose to give a cash tip, you may leave it blank.

There is no charge for food delivery. However, the minimum amount for food delivery is $12.00.

On-line food orders must be placed between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST. If you wish to place an order past 9:00 PM, you can call us at one of our locations. Upon placing the order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Delivery generally takes about an half-hour. It may take longer if you place an order at a busy time.
